Do you remove pianos?
Yes, starting at $299. For upright and baby grand, ask about curbside pickup.
Do you remove hot tubs, spas and jacuzzis?
Yes, starting at $349, whether it’s on a deck or in the yard. We can disconnect outside electric to the hot tub from local disconnect for an additional $99.
Do you remove sheds?
Yes, shed removal starts at $399 and does not include removal of any sub-structures (concrete pads or pavers). We can remove sub-structures for an additional cost — price quoted on site.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (convenience fee may apply), cash, cashier’s and banker’s checks. We do NOT accept personal checks. Payment is due when services are rendered. We offer flat-rate, up-front pricing starting at only $149.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing includes labor only (packing, sorting, loading, etc.) for one, two or more team members billed at a two-hour minimum. The cost is prorated thereafter. Please call us for more details or questions.
What does “full service” mean?
“Full service” means we will provide all services needed to get the job done, labor, and disposal or recycling of items from your location.
What is the size of your truck?
Depending on your junk removal needs, we have several different sized trucks and trailers.
What should I do with hazardous materials?
Because we are not licensed to carry hazardous materials, you should call your local county recycling or waste management center for proper protocol.
Can you give me an exact price before you arrive?
No, unfortunately not, but with photos and a detailed description, we can give you an estimate. The Attic Sweepers team will provide the final, no obligation price on site.
Can you do the job if I’m not home?
Yes. If you are unable to be on site, we can make arrangements for a lock box code over the phone or via email, if desired. Our team can also send photos when the job is complete.
Do you offer eviction services?
Yes. Please call for more details. Whether filing court papers, meeting the constable and/or sheriff, or simply needing the manpower to clean out a property, the Attic Sweepers team is capable and experienced.
